Description

I am a certified Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga teacher.

I teach Vinyasa Yoga; a calm and flowing sequence of individual asanas.

Vinyasa Yoga is also called "meditation in motion".

So not only will your entire musculature be

- strengthened and stretched through both static and flowing movements,

your perception and awareness of your own body will also be increased.

In Shavasana, the last asana of the yoga session, both body and mind can relax completely.

I will then take you on a Yoga Nidra journey.

In this relaxation session, make yourself comfortable on your yoga mat and consciously

connect with your inner calmness and radiance.

This yogic method of deep relaxation is one of the most effective meditation techniques,

working on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

The guided meditation while lying down creates a space for you to dive into absolute relaxation and

to completely surrender to the inner silence within you.

Finally, I would like to show you 2 pranayama techniques.

Pranayama aims to develop a deep, steady breath. The breath is intimately connected to

all bodily functions and all aspects of the human experience. Through conscious breathing we

begin to develop breath awareness. Conscious breathing can help you relieve

headaches or fatigue, for example, calm your mind, free yourself from stress

and give you a new sense of lightness.

The effectiveness of Pranayama is scientifically proven.

I will share with you these exercises for your everyday life.

In the Morning Tea & Yoga package we will drink tea together.

The herbs are from our own from our own garden, organic of course.

In the
4-hour package, after yoga, you can either relax in our pool and jacuzzi,

enjoy the peace and quiet, read a book, laze around or go on a short guided walk

through the forest with me.  To nourish you during your stay,

I prepare a homemade and  vegetarian meal made with love.

As far as possible, I use ingredients from my garden,

e.g. herbs, lettuce, tomatoes, blueberries.

Of course, everything is untreated and therefore organic.

No experience with yoga?

Does it seem daunting or overwhelming for you?

Don't worry:

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, I will guide you mindfully

and show you modifications to individual exercises to cater to your ability.

It's all about you and your body.

It doesn't matter where you are in your yoga journey, you are perfect as you are.

You can challenge yourself a little bit, but only as far as it feels comfortable for you.

Because of the small group, I can cater to each person’s individual needs.
